Services herein shall mean the payment services availed by You as an end user ("You/End User") through ONE SHOP SEVA (Wallet), which is a semi-closed prepaid instrument, designed to facilitate secure and convenient financial transactions.

2.1 Service Description

The service will be linked to Your registered mobile number after Your registration on Wallet. The payment services shall include money transfer services. For the purpose of availing the Services, You will be required to register Yourself upon providing certain information. Upon verification and successful registration, Your user account ("User Account") will be created in the form of a mobile wallet through which You will be able to avail the Services.

2.2 Account Creation

To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Any personal information You supply to One Shop Seva when using the Services will be used by One Shop Seva in accordance with its privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") as available on the Website.

3.1 Data Collection

Except as expressly authorized by One Shop Seva, You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the content comprised in the Website or Services, in whole or in part.

5. Conditions of Use

5.1 Age Requirement

The Website and the Services are not available to persons under the age of 18 or to anyone previously suspended or removed from the Services by One Shop Seva. By accepting these Terms and/or by using the Website/Services, You represent that You are at least of the age of 18 years.

5.2 Personal Use

The Website and the Services here under are currently made available to You for Your personal and non-commercial use. One Shop Seva reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Website and the Services, provided to You in accordance with these Terms, at any time and for any reason.

5.3 Connectivity

You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with Your respective telecom or internet service provider will continue to apply when using the Services. As a result, You may be charged by the respective telecom or internet service provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Website and the Services or any such third-party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise, and shall not claim the same from One Shop Seva or dispute the same.

5.4 Bill Payer Responsibility

If you are not the bill payer for the internet services provided by the telecom operator/internet service provider being used to access the Services, You will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Services.

5.5 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services. One Shop Seva does not create, monitor, examine or inspect the content delivered to You through the Services, if any. Such content may include links to third-party websites and content. The linked content is not under One Shop Seva's control and One Shop Seva is not responsible whatsoever for the content of any such linked content. The content does not represent or reflect any advice, views, opinions or beliefs of One Shop Seva. Further, you are advised to lodge a complaint (on www.oneshopseva.com) regarding any unauthorized transaction from your wallet.

5.6 Lawful Use

You must only use the Services and anything available via the Services for lawful purposes (complying with all Applicable Laws), in a responsible manner, and not in a way that might damage One Shop Seva's name or reputation or that of any of One Shop Seva's affiliates or service providers. You agree and acknowledge that the use of the information delivered to You through the Services is Your sole responsibility and that One Shop Seva shall not at any time be held responsible for any unlawful usage of the information secured through the Services, by You.

5.7 Third-Party Content

You may find advertising or other content delivered with the use of Services that link to the sites and mobile applications and services of One Shop Seva's partners, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties and service providers. One Shop Seva does not control the content, advertisement or links that appear through the Services and is not responsible for the practices employed by those websites and mobile applications linked to or from the Services.

5.8 Prohibited Actions

You will not, nor allow third parties on Your behalf to (i) make and distribute copies of the Website (ii) attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Website; or (iii) create derivative works of the Website of any kind whatsoever.

5.9 Content Restrictions

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

• (a) belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right to;
• (b) is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to "indecent representation of women" within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986;
• (c) harm minors in any way;
• (d) infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
• (e) violates any law for the time being in force;
• (f) deceives or misleads the addressee/ users about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
• (g) impersonates another person;
• (h) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, Easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;
• (i) threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.
• (j) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading;

6. Service-Specific Terms

You agree and acknowledge the following:

• i) You are solely responsible for entering accurate information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, home address, date of birth, and gender.
• ii) One Shop Seva is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, electricity failures, or other technical problems on your side while availing the services.
• iii) One Shop Seva shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, or defects in the online payment facility provided by financial institutions, banks, or payment gateway service providers. You assume all risks involved in using such online payment facilities, and One Shop Seva shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, expense, or liability resulting from any defect in these payment systems.
• iv) One Shop Seva provides you with the option to set your own fund transfer limit.
• v) The fund transfer limit for any beneficiary shall not exceed ₹1 lakh per month.
• a) Your User Account will be valid for five years from the date of creation or the date of your last transaction, whichever is later. After this period, your account will be deactivated, and you will be notified. If you request a refund after expiry, no amount will be refunded. One Shop Seva reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balances three years after account expiry. You will receive reminders via SMS or email during the last 45 days of the validity period.
• b) If there is no transaction for 12 consecutive months, your wallet will become inactive and can only be reactivated after due diligence.
• vi) You may request One Shop Seva to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. The amount will be transferred to your bank account after verifying your details.
• vii) Any transactions or interactions with third parties, including payment transactions, are solely between you and the third party. One Shop Seva will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such transactions.
• viii) For fee-based services, you agree to pay all specified charges:
  • A.) All fees and charges are payable in Indian Rupees, unless otherwise stated.
  • B.) One Shop Seva may modify fees or introduce new charges with prior notice.
  • C.) You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or statutory claims related to these fees.
  • D.) You will bear the cost of connectivity, including internet charges, voice calls, and SMS fees as per your service provider's rates.
• ix) Refunds for amounts loaded into your User Account will follow the applicable regulatory framework.
• x) One Shop Seva is not responsible for defects in products, goods, or services purchased from third parties through your wallet.
• xi) One Shop Seva is not responsible for non-availability of services due to network failures, including GPRS, EDGE, 3G, or internet connectivity issues.
• xii) You agree that your account details, including your password, are confidential and should be protected.
• xiii) You should change your password immediately upon receipt and periodically thereafter (recommended every 15 days).
• xiv) One Shop Seva is not responsible for unauthorized use of your account if you share your password or fail to maintain its confidentiality.
• xv) Your User Account is linked to your registered mobile number.
• xvi) One Shop Seva will not be held liable for unauthorized use of your account due to the loss, theft, or misplacement of your mobile number or SIM card. You must inform customer care to temporarily block your account until reactivation with a new SIM card.
• xvii) One Shop Seva is not responsible for any misuse of your account.
• xviii) One Shop Seva may amend account creation or operation procedures to comply with legal or regulatory changes, with or without prior notice.
• xix) One Shop Seva services are currently available only in India to individuals aged 18 years or older. Access from outside India is restricted.
• xx) You agree not to create fake IDs or provide false information when availing of services.
• xxi) You must notify One Shop Seva of any changes in your contact details (mobile number, email address, etc.) by emailing info@oneshopseva.com.
• xxii) One Shop Seva is not liable for errors caused by technical or manual faults on the web server.
• xxiii) You are solely responsible for your device and internet connection used to access the website.
• xxiv) You agree to receive transactional messages related to the services.
• xxv) You agree to provide One Shop Seva with any required personal information or details regarding your transactions or any violations on suspicion or otherwise.

7. Modifications and Interruptions to Service

One Shop Seva reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, with or without prior notice to You.

One Shop Seva shall not be liable to You or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the Service.

You acknowledge and accept that One Shop Seva does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Website.

The operation of the Website may be affected by various factors or circumstances beyond the control of One Shop Seva.

8. Collection of End User Information

You agree and acknowledge that One Shop Seva may collect your IP address and Website usage information.

One Shop Seva may use this information, among other purposes, for the following:

• To maintain, operate, provide, and enhance our Website and Services; and
• To comply with legal requirements or processes, or where necessary to prevent or investigate fraud, and to protect the safety of individuals.

One Shop Seva may share your personally identifiable information with suppliers, subcontractors, vendors, and other businesses we employ to perform functions on our behalf.

For example, One Shop Seva may engage third parties to send email campaigns, provide marketing assistance, or offer customer service.

These entities have access to your information solely for the purpose of performing the functions we have contracted them to carry out.

If such entities access your personally identifiable information, their agreements with us require them to maintain confidentiality of your data.

9. Availability

9.1 Service Availability

One Shop Seva will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Services are available at all times. However, you acknowledge that the Services are provided over networks of internet service providers and are dependent on them. As such, the quality and availability of the Services may be affected by factors outside of One Shop Seva's reasonable control. In the event that the Services are unavailable to you due to reasons beyond One Shop Seva's control and attributable to third-party service providers, One Shop Seva shall not be held responsible under any circumstances.

9.2 Force Majeure

You agree and acknowledge that One Shop Seva shall not be held liable for any unavailability or non-functionality of the Website or Services due to war, industrial action, flood, or other acts of God. Additionally, One Shop Seva shall not be responsible for any disruption in the functionality of the Services or any unavailability caused by your internet service provider, any other third party, or any intermediary involved in delivering the Services. You agree not to hold One Shop Seva liable for any such disruptions or unavailability.

10. System Requirements

10.1. To access and use the Services, you are required to have a mobile device, computer, laptop, or any compatible device with internet connectivity.
10.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets all necessary technical specifications to access and use the Services effectively.

11. Termination

Notwithstanding any remedies available under Applicable Law, One Shop Seva may temporarily or permanently deny, limit, suspend, or terminate the Services provided to You if One Shop Seva believes that:

• (a) You have abused your rights to use the Services;
• (b) You are in breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy;
• (c) You have committed any act or omission that violates any Applicable Law, rules, or regulations;
• (d) You have committed any act or omission harmful or likely to be harmful to One Shop Seva or any third party, including other users, suppliers, or service providers;
• (e) You have used the Services to perform an illegal act, or to enable, facilitate, assist, or induce such an act;
• (f) You have disclosed any confidential and/or proprietary information pertaining to One Shop Seva and/or the Services without prior written consent from One Shop Seva.

You agree that even after termination, One Shop Seva retains the right to use any information supplied or collected from you during your use and access of the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

One Shop Seva, Including Its Officers, Directors, Shareholders, Employees, Sub-Contractors, Agents, Parent Companies, Sister Companies, Subsidiaries, And Other Affiliates, Will Not Be Liable, To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, For Any Direct, Indirect, Incidental, Or Consequential Damage, Or Any Other Damage Or Loss (Including Loss Of Profit, Loss Of Data, And Work Stoppage), Costs, Expenses, And Payments, Regardless Of The Alleged Liability Or Form Of Action, Whether In Contract, Tort, Or Otherwise, Including Negligence, Intellectual Property Infringement, Product Liability, And Strict Liability, That May Result From, Or In Connection With The Use Or Inability To Access And Use The Website Or Services, Or From Any Failure, Error, Or Downtime In The Function Of The Services, Or From Any Fault Or Error Made By One Shop Seva's Staff, Or From Your Reliance On Content Delivered Through The Services, Or From Any Communication With One Shop Seva, Or From Any Denial Or Cancellation Of A Request For Information Through The Services, Or From Retention, Deletion, Disclosure, Or Any Other Use Or Loss Of Content Through The Services, Regardless Of Whether One Shop Seva Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.

12.1 Limited Liability Of A Ppi Customer

Customer Liability Arising Out Of An Unauthorized Electronic Payment Transaction Will Be Limited To:

ii. Within Four To Seven Days*	Transaction Value Or ₹10,000 Per Transaction, Whichever Is Lower
iii. Beyond Seven Days*	Transaction Value
In Cases Where The Loss Is Due To Negligence By A Ppi Holder, Such As Where They Have Shared The Payment/Login Credentials, The Customer Will Bear The Entire Loss Until They Report The Unauthorized Transaction To The Company. Note: Any Loss Occurring After The Reporting Of The Unauthorized Transaction Shall Be Borne By The Company.	Actual Transaction Value

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

13.1. Except As Expressly Set Forth In This Terms, One Shop Seva Expressly Disclaims Any Other Warranty With Respect To The Use Of The Website/Services Or Any Content Or Information Delivered Or Sent Through The Services To You. The Services Are Provided Without Any Express Or Implied Guarantee Or Assurance Of Quality, Reliability Of The Information Delivered Through The Services. One Shop Seva Disclaims All Express And Implied Warranties With Regard To The Services. One Shop Seva Does Not Warrant Or Guarantee That The Use Of The Services Will Not Cause Any Damages To Your Mobile Phone, Computer/Laptop, And Any Other Compatible Device Or To Any Other Services Provided To Your Mobile Phone, Computer/Laptop, And Any Other Compatible Device Or Website And Content That Reside On Your Mobile Phone, Computer/Laptop, And Any Other Compatible Device. You Agree And Acknowledge That The Use, And Access Of The Services Is Entirely, Or At The Maximum Permitted By The Applicable Law, At Your Own Risk.
13.2. One Shop Seva Does Not Warrant Or Guarantee That The Website And Services Will Operate In An Uninterrupted, Timely, Secure, Or Error-Free Manner, Or That The Services Will Always Be Available Or Free From Errors Or That The Services Will Be Immune From Unauthorized Access.
13.3. One Shop Seva Does Not Warrant, Guarantee Or Make Any Representations That You Will Find The Services Suitable For Your Needs. One Shop Seva Does Not Warrant Or Guarantee That The Information You Receive To Your Mobile, Computer/Laptop, And Any Other Compatible Devices Will Be Free From Technical Inaccuracies.
13.4. One Shop Seva Cannot And Does Not Guarantee That The Website And/Or Services Will Be Free From Viruses And/Or Other Code That May Have Contaminating Or Destructive Elements. It Is Your Responsibility To Implement Appropriate Security Safeguards (Including Anti-Virus And Other Security Checks) To Satisfy Your Particular Requirements As To The Safety And Reliability Of The System.
13.5. One Shop Seva Will Be Entitled To Use, Subject To The Privacy Policy As Defined Above, Any Information Supplied By You During The Course Of Accessing And Using The Services.

14. Indemnification

You Agree To Indemnify And Hold One Shop Seva, The Licensors, Business Partners Of One Shop Seva Or The Service Providers And Their Respective Officers, Directors, Shareholders, Employees, Sub-Contractors, Agents, Parent Companies, Sister Companies, Subsidiaries And Other Affiliates, Indemnified And Harmless From Any Claim Or Demand, Including Reasonable Attorneys' Fees, Made By Any Third Party Due To Or Arising Out Of Your Use Of The Website Or Services, Any Unauthorized Use Of The Website/Services By You, Your Violation Of These Terms, Or Your Violation Of Any Rights Including Rights In Any Form Of Intellectual Property Of Any Third Party And/Or Any Violation Of Applicable Law By You.

One Shop Seva May Amend And Modify This Terms From Time To Time, Including Any And All Documents And Policies Incorporated Thereto Without Any Prior Notice To You. You Agree To Be Bound By Any Of The Changes Made In The Terms, Including Changes To Any And All Documents And Policies Incorporated Thereto. Continuing To Access And Use The Services Will Indicate Your Acceptance Of The Amended Terms. If You Do Not Agree With Any Of The Amended Terms, Then You Must Avoid Any Further Use And Access Of The Services. One Shop Seva Advises You To Periodically Read These Terms, As It May Change From Time To Time.

16. Entire Agreement

The "Terms" Including The Privacy Policy Constitutes The Entire Agreement Between You And One Shop Seva And Governs Your Access And Use Of The Services, Superseding Any Prior Agreements Between You And One Shop Seva With Respect To The Website And Services.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17.1. These Terms Shall Be Governed By The Laws Of India. You And One Shop Seva Agree To Submit To The Personal And Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts Of Beawar, District Beawar (Rajasthan). In The Event Of Any Dispute Or Matter Arising In Relation To The Terms And/Or The Services, Such Dispute Or Matter Shall Be Referred To A Sole Arbitrator Appointed By One Shop Seva And Shall Be Governed By The Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996, As Amended From Time To Time. The Venue For Arbitration Shall Be Beawar, District Beawar (Rajasthan), And The Proceedings Shall Be Conducted In The English Language. All Costs, Charges, And Expenses In Connection With The Arbitration Shall Be Solely Borne By The End User Who Initiates The Dispute.
17.2. Subject To The Provisions Of Clause 17.1 Above, The Courts With Jurisdiction Under The Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996, Shall Have Exclusive Jurisdiction To Determine All Matters Entitled To Be Determined Under The Act, Including, But Not Limited To, The Provision Of Interim Reliefs Under Section 9 Of The Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996. Such Jurisdiction Shall Exclusively Belong To The Courts At Beawar, District Beawar (Rajasthan), India.

18. Waiver and Severability of Terms

The Failure Of One Shop Seva To Exercise Or Enforce Any Right Or Provision Of The Terms Shall Not Constitute A Waiver Of Such Right Or Provision. If Any Provision Of The Terms Is Found By A Court Of Competent Jurisdiction To Be Invalid, The Parties Agree That The Court Should Endeavor To Give Effect To The Parties' Intentions As Reflected In The Provision, And The Other Provisions Of The Terms Shall Remain In Full Force And Effect.

19. Survival

You Agree And Confirm That The Indemnities, Confidentiality Obligations, Limitation Of Liability, Disclaimer Of Warranties, And Dispute Resolution Mechanism Shall Survive The Passage Of Time.

20. Relationship

You Agree And Acknowledge That Your Relationship With One Shop Seva Is Not A Confidential, Fiduciary, Or Any Other Special Relationship.

21. GDPR Compliance

21.1. For users residing in the European Union, One Shop Seva complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• The right to rectification of inaccurate personal data
• The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• The right to restrict processing of your personal data

22. Refund Policy

22.1. All payments made for services are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same service
• Technical error resulting in incorrect charges
• Service not delivered as described

22.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

23. Dispute Resolution

23.1. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.

23.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration proceedings as outlined in Section 17.

23.3. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
